Contract Manager

• As a member of the account leadership team (or of several teams where responsibility is for a portfolio), you will take a key role in the ongoing development of the account to support Capgemini Infrastructure Services business objectives.
• Maintain and continue to develop the day-to-day commercial process and procedures necessary to supporting the overall account strategies.
• Day-to-day responsibility for the resolution of all issues relating to the contracts including changes, clarifications and additions.
• Assist with the management of complex sales opportunities (Bids, RFPs, RFQs).
• Face off to the client commercial/legal lead and team members.
• Face off to the other Capgemini third party commercial leads.
• Face off to other third party suppliers as necessary to support the delivery of services.
• Identify and highlight commercial risks to the Account Management Team and assist with actions to address/resolve.
